What is the STCQCAA?
The St. Theresa's College Quezon City Alumnae Association is a non-stock non-profit corporation organized by and for the alumnae of STC QC.
Who are the members of the STCQCAA?
Members include ALL the graduates of elementary and high school, and those who had completed at least two (2) years of schooling in STC QC.
What is Theresian for Life?
A Theresian for Life (TFL) is an alumna who has paid the one-time association dues of Php3,000. A TFL Privilege Card is issued to every TFL Member.
How is the STCQCAA governed?
It is governed by the Board of Directors, a 15-member group of alumnae volunteers. The Board Officers are the Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Secretary, and Treasurer. Other board member are appointed to be the heads and members of various committees.
How are board members selected?
The board members are selected in accordance with the bylaws of the association.
How long can a board member serve?
A board member can serve up to three terms of three years or a total of nine years.
Do the board members receive a salary?
The board members do not receive any form of compensation or allowance.
How can I get involved?
You are always welcome to volunteer in the many activities, programs and events of the STCQCAA. You may even join a committee if you feel that you will be able to contribute to the outputs of that committee.
What are the annual events of the STCQCAA?
The annual Alumnae Homecoming is held on the Last Saturday of January every year. The Class Repesentatives Assembly is held every July.
What are the other events of STCQCAA?
The TereTalks is held periodically to tackle relevant topics and issues under the Alumnae Development Committee. Other events are fundraising in nature such as the concert of the Himig Undaya Alumnae Chorale in collaboration with the Ways and Means Committee.
What are the fundraising initiatives of the STCQCAA?
The STCQCAA raises funds for its operating costs, advocacy projects, as well as for several other beneficiaries in the Theresian community.
How can I make a financial contribution?
To make a contribution, simply fill in the online form and you will be guided with the proper steps including how to send the payment.
How does the STCQCAA maintain financial transparency?
The STCQCAA diligently files its financial report to all the regulatory agencies concerned. Its financial documents are on file in the STCQCAA office.
